On those sites that demonstrate sufficient wind, the  ENERGO EOLIAN ROMPROIECT development team will secure the necessary permits for the project, negotiate an agreement to sell the wind energy, and arrange for required transmission of the energy.      As project development progresses,  ENERGO EOLIAN ROMPROIECT will put in place the contracts necessary to procure the wind turbines and associated equipment, construct and operate the project.
