Meteorological towers are then installed to take accurate measurements of wind speed and direction across the land - often for a year or more. On those sites that demonstrate sufficient wind, the  ENERGO EOLIAN ROMPROIECT development team will secure the necessary permits for the project, negotiate an agreement to sell the wind energy, and arrange for required transmission of the energy.      As project development progresses,  ENERGO EOLIAN ROMPROIECT will put in place the contracts necessary to procure the wind turbines and associated equipment, construct and operate the project.
